Anyone know any good alternatives to body armour? I want a fake body armour suit thats black with no designs on it but all I can find is expensive ones.

Try a paintball place, some of their gear could pass as body armor.

cardboard and cloth will do if you are creative...
im guessing here body armour means a bullet proof vest and not something more exotic...?

Snickers and stale bread will suffice if you're MOST creative.

Can you clarify what type of body armor you're looking for? Are you looking for replicas of contemporary kevlar vests, or are you looking for sci-fi body armor?
